Warranty Terms

All standard centrepin reels from DG Reels come with a limited 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, handle wear, bearings, worn bushings etc due to poor maintenance).

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with your reel details and a description of the issue. If the product qualifies under warranty, DG Reels will repair or replace it at our discretion. Shipping costs for warranty repairs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

Repair and Service Terms

All of our reels can be serviced or repaired even if not under warranty, regardless of age and use. Shipping and all repair costs are the responsibility of the owner. Please contact us before sending your reel in. We will provide a quote before any repair work is carried out. If the customer declines the repair work then the reel will be shipped back to the customer once shipping payment has been made in full.

Reel Builds

All reels are considered final sale. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, returns, cancellations, or refunds are not accepted once the build process has begun. DG Reels will confirm all specifications with the customer prior to starting a custom build. We are not liable for changes requested after production has started. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any reel order at any given time. 

Please allow generous time for the delivery of any reels. These reels may require specific machining and custom anodizing. Any quoted delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
