DGReels is a bench built centrepin reel manufacturer in Chilliwack, British Columbia. There is a certain passion and dedication that is required to manufacture reels that use this method of fishing, and it can take a bit of work and dedication to get there.

What started out as a hobby, quickly turned into an expanding venture. With nearly 15 years of machining experience, I felt the need to create my own centrepin reel nearly 7 years ago. The ideas expanded, the fishing community contributed, and so DGreels was born. Using my experience and machining knowledge, along with my centrepin reel craze, has led me to develop a few models of reels. The ideas and suggestions from hardcore anglers from all across North America has been recognized and appreciated. 

I have made bearing and bushing reels ranging from sizes as small as 3 3/4" all the way up to 5". Moving forward, 4 5/8" and 5" bushing reels will be my main product as of 2024.
