Difficult to answer, but generally speaking I do runs of about 50-100 reels. These runs at the moment can take up to a year to complete.
I request one reel be purchased during any given run to accommodate all those interested. I am not interested selling my product to you if you wish to "flip" for a profit.
I try to provide as many customization options as possible. I do not offer completely custom reels. I also may refuse your customization request if I deem it goes against my style of reels.
Yes, although if this is something you do not wish to undertake you may send the reel to me. Typically bearings should last a long time if well taken care of and the reel hasn't been dropped.
No, I do not do custom engraving as it changes the value of the reel. An engraving shop may be able to help. I engrave the logo, model, year and serial # only.
This is nearly an impossible task. Best thing to do is "don't scratch it!".
I do no not. Generally speaking, repairs and modifications to other brands of reels can be quite labor intensive, and the labor involved can outprice the reel itself quite quickly. There are plenty of options out there though.
There is no better. There is lots of information online and opinions on the matter. Generally speaking, bushings will be easier to cast and silent while bearings will have better slow water startup. Bushing reels can be taken apart, cleaned, oiled and adjusted. Bearing reels will require disassembly, replacement of bearings, and more care to function correctly.
